Privacy policy
This site only collects the data you voluntarily submit through the forms: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, company or farm, city, state and the message you write. In the Skywalker Network sign-up, we also ask whether you already operate agricultural drones. We do not ask for sensitive data, and you should not include it in your messages.
We use this data to reply to your contact, evaluate service requests and review the profiles of Skywalker Network candidates. The legal basis is carrying out preliminary steps at the data subject's request and our legitimate interest in responding to people who reach out, under the LGPD (Brazil's data protection law, Law No. 13,709/2018).
Submissions are stored in a Google Workspace spreadsheet and trigger an email notice to the Skywalker team. The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). These providers act as data processors and maintain their own security and privacy policies.
We do not sell or rent your data. Sharing is limited to the infrastructure providers listed above and, when necessary to handle your request, to members of the Skywalker Network involved in the service.
This site does not use tracking cookies or advertising tools. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google when the page loads, as on any site that uses this service.
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and for as long as it makes commercial sense to keep the contact history. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
The LGPD gives you the right to confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, information about sharing and deletion of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the site's contact form, stating your request.
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a revised update date.
